Sustainable Hospitality.

Season 1 Episode 4

Everyone loves dining out but few of us understand the complex lived experience of working in restaurants.

Tune into episode 4 of "We Have Lived," an exclusive industry podcast series sharing true stories from award-winning restaurateurs and various other industry leaders.

This week host Hassel Aviles, sits down with Laura Louise Green, a psychotherapist and founder of Healthy Pour, a consultancy that helps organizations address issues of well-being in the workplace. They discuss how to create meaningful change for workplace mental health in restaurants, what is included in sustainability, vulnerability & much more!

After working in creative, professional, and precarious industries for two decades, Laura utilizes her knowledge and skills as a mental health practitioner to facilitate training, growth, and development at work - hoping to create safer and healthier environments than what she’s witnessed and experienced. As an interdisciplinary practitioner, Laura Louise is currently finishing a second masters in Organizational Psychology at the Birkbeck Business School in London.
